Shipping

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all bedding is handmade to order to reduce waste. Bedding and table linens will ship 3-5 business days after you place your order and will arrive within 15-30 days. If your order has still not arrived after the posted time frame, please send us an email at info@linenshoppe.com

Laundry items will ship in 1-2 business days and will arrive in 1-2 weeks. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. 

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a free return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@linenshoppe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email to info@linenshoppe.com so we can make it right. We have a 60-day guarantee for all manufacturing errors.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
