Fall is officially upon us, which means autumn leaves, cooler temperatures, and cozy nights with a hot cup of homemade apple cider. The changing season has many of us feeling inspired to switch up our routines and enjoy the things that come with this time of year. 1. Refresh Your Space

Incorporate a new color palette: Rich, warm colors are a staple for the fall season. Think burnt oranges, deep maroons, golden tones and even olive green. 5. Make a Fall Craft

Painted Pumpkins: This is an easy way to add a touch of fall in your home. All you’ll need are a few pumpkins and some paint in the color(s) of your choosing. Simply paint the pumpkins and allow them to dry overnight, and place them around your home, whether it be inside or outside. You can even paint mini pumpkins and use them as a table centerpiece.

Pumpkin Pots: If you want to take it to the next level, you can carve your painted pumpkins and use them as pots for flower arrangements. Once your pumpkin is carved, use half of a water bottle and place it insidethis will act as the vase for the water. Fill them with roses, baby’s breath, pampas grass, or any plant of your choosing.

DIY Candle: If you want to create your own custom fall scent, consider making candles at home. DIY Yarn Hanging: This craft is perfect if you’re in need of some fall wall decor. All you’ll need for this is a wooden dowel and yarn in the color(s) of your choosing. Simply tie pieces of yarn to the dowel in whatever pattern you like, and then cut the yarn to your desired length.
